This is a rare set of twin high performance race exhaust system for the SeaDoo 787 power plant. The pipes are in very nice shape with no cracks or leakes. They have been profesionally Hot Jet Ceramic Coated for better protection and cosmetic up-keep ($200.00). These pipes produce a ton of power and come complete with everything you need to do the install. They come with some extra o-rings and gaskets. This system required a MSD water injection system for best performance and this is also included in this sale as well as high temp water hoses and any printed tech data and intallation instructions that I have for this.

Some Research info on this system:                                                                 Joe Portale Sr.(RPG) Research Performance Group, owner) bought the rights to sell this system back in the mid/late 90's, and marketed them as Eagles, both twins and singles. Basically just re-branded APE (Arizona Performance Engineering) pipes. Bill O'Neal at Watercraft Magic would know more about this system if you need any more info on these.

This is a nice VE cylinder that turns the SD 787 engine into a monster. This is not a bolt on mod. This cylinder is for a race engine set-up and will turn a 787 engine into a big bore, stroker 970cc engine. This cylinder will require a 5+mm stroker crank with Honda CR 500 crank rods and Honda CR 500 pistons. The engine if tuned right will produce well over 175hp. There is a small nick in the bottom of one of the cylinders that will be machined away before this is shipped. It will not affect the performance of the cylinders in any way. The pictures show this nick where the rod brok off and got it a bit on the sleeve skirt edge. These cylinders are on the standard bore size and they include the ss bolts for the cylinders. These have never been in any salt water. Nice fresh water parts.

This is a new SeaDoo Ignition Coil. I am not for sure what all the water craft models that this will work on. Please check whith your dealer to make sure it will work for you.

Here is a nice used engine that I believe is ready to go. This is a 700cc engine and was rated to be 80hp. This one is set up with the PJS 650 type cases and has all the PJS electrical. I think this will fit in a Kawasaki SC without any problems. It will fit in a lot of skis with the reworking the engine cradle and maybe a few other minnor mods. These engines have a lot of bottom end torque and will rip.
Comes complete as pictured except for the 440/550 converter plate because this will not fit in a JS 440/550 or 550SX hull.

These are new right off of the machine line. This engine cradle is what every X2 and surf freestyle guy needs. These are only available for a limited time at Jet Ski Haven. Get one while they are still available. WHY ALUMINUM? 3 Reasons: 1. BLING BLING for the ski. 2. It is 2.0 pounds lighter than stock engine cradle from the OEM 650 Kaw. Cradle. 3. It will not rust and leave rust stains in the bottom of the hull. TECH INFO.: The thickness of these are as follows: .39" or 9.1mm if I am correct I think that is 3/8" thick. THESE ARE MADE FROM 6061-T6 ALUMINUM STOCK. This is what most marine race boat aluminum parts are made out of. These are HARD COAT ANODIZE for the best corrsion resistance on aluminum in slatwater.

Here it is.....the all new custom made fiberglass X2 trim piece. This piece completes the custom shaved look on the X2 that everyone is looking for. I had to change to a different builder on these and they not getting primed and painted white like they are in the pictures. They are ready for primer and paint and can be done up the way you want. This is a Sea-Doo Anti-Rattle up-grade kit made by Sea-Doo to prevent the impeller in the pump houseing from rattleing. You will notice this in most of the pre 97 models. This kit is very easy to install it takes a total maybe 1hour to instal with no specail tools required. This up-grade kit has 4 parts and an illistrated easy to follow instuctions. There is a thrust cone in this kit that Sea-Doo redesigned for better jet pump performance. You can expect up to 2mph gains with the new thrust cone. This thrust cone retails at the local Sea-Doo Dealers for around $70.00. I am selling the whole kit for $20.00 pluss $5.00 S/H any were in the US.
