Aluminum Intake Manifold Improves acceleration and throttle response and will increase boost by 1 psi over the stock intake manifold. Due to variances in all the different intercooler kits on the market some custom fabrication may be necessary to fit the intercooler to throttle body plumbing when using this manifold.

This is a near mint WaveRaider for sale that I am selling on consignment. It is located in the Quad City are of Il. It is an all fresh water ski and has been well taken care of. It has been stored indoors and with a cover. The engine has never been broken into. The pump was completely replaced with all new parts and a new Solas performance impeller was installed and a set of new Hydro-Turf was installed a year ago. It has been on the water maybe 8hrs since the new pump was put in. This is a very unique engine. It has Yamaha 6M6 cases that have been modified to take the Kawasaki 750 reed valves, dual carbs, and 701 cylinders.

This engine completely rebuilt with a rebuilt trued and indexed crank, new seals, all new reed valves, gaskets, the first over bore to a very nice stock all freshwater 61X cylinder. All this engine needs is a performance head that I can get new for about $200.00 and you will have a very nice brand new 701 race or freestyle engine. This will come with everything that you see in the pictures.

Boost your stock SX-R 800 between 10psi to 20psi over stock with this thin copper cylinder base gasket without sacrificing reliability.

It will not rust and leave rust stains in the bottom of the hull. TECH INFO.: The thickness of these are as follows: .39" or 9.1mm if I am correct I think that is 3/8" thick. THESE ARE MADE FROM 6061-T6 ALUMINUM STOCK. This is what most marine race boat aluminum parts are made out of. These are HARD COAT ANODIZE for the best corrsion resistance on aluminum in slatwater.

New Kawasaki 650 SBN 44mm & 46mm Intake manifold, comes with gaskets and hardware. This is a nice performance upgrade for the Kawasaki 650 Jet Ski engines. This will fit on all of the Kaw 650 engines.

This is a complete low compression piston kit custom made for the Sea-Doo 4 Tec engines that are getting more boost from the Supercharger or the Mach 1 turbo systems.

These are being used in our Mach 1 Turbo engines running up to 600HP. 

Thay come is std size all the way up to the big bore sizes.

This is a new OEM aftermarket replacement Sea-Doo MPEM with an adjustable Rev. Limiter.

This MPEM is fully programable: Security Key (DESS) Programmability, Timing and Rev Limiter Programmability.

We now stock  the Tau-Ceti flame arrestor. These are new and are available in five different colored tops and 3 different styles for every carb on the PWC market.

The ones in the picture are the 2" tall style. Also available are the 1 1/2" and the 3" cone style.

In some casess the Carb. adaptores and rejetting your carbs are required for installing most of the aftermarket flame arrestor.

These add performance and style to your engine, and are very easy to install.

We recommend useing the Outerwears Pre-Filter with any open flow flame arrestor.
